To the extent that Unity by MD receives medical information that may be protected under applicable laws, including HIPAA, Unity by MD will comply with such laws. This information will be used and disclosed only as permitted by HIPAA and applicable state law.

How Information Is Collected

Unity by MD collects Personal Information directly from you when you visit, access, or use the Service; when you register with or subscribe to the Service; when you sign in or log in; or whenever Unity by MD asks you for such information. We may also collect certain Personal Information from third-party Providers who provide treatment or other services to you in connection with our Service.
